Título: Engineer Product II - Embedded Software - Indaiatuba -SP - 114576John Deere is seeking a Systems Performance Engineer to join our Product Testing & Verification team focused on Precision Agriculture solutions. This role will be responsible for conducting integration testing of ISG product chains according to the defined "Production Steps", ensuring quality and performance throughout the development of each "Bundle Release".The selected candidate will work in both internal environments (labs and test benches) and external environments (field and customer sites), identifying defects, supporting platform teams, and ensuring a positive experience for internal and external customers, including dealers and end users.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure proposed solutions meet business needs;Act as an individual contributor with authority over decisions related to equipment verification in lab and field environments, determining acceptable performance and identifying reportable defects based on product specifications and customer expectations;Perform initial installation and diagnostics of hardware and software systems under development;Execute software regression testing focused on overall performance for specific platforms;Work closely with global testing teams, particularly those based in Urbandale, IA (USA).Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications, Control and Automation Engineering, or related fields;Advanced English proficiency (able to read, write emails independently, and participate in calls, meetings, and presentations);Solid understanding of precision agriculture systems;Experience in testing and handling electronic products (data collection, analysis, and reporting);Fieldwork experience and travel planning;Skills in assembling electrical cables and harnesses;Ability to prepare and set up equipment for bench and field testing;Availability to work in a hybrid model in Indaiatuba/SP;Willingness to travel (up to 50% of the time).Preferred QualificationsPrevious experience in the agricultural machinery sector;Agronomic knowledge;Familiarity with CAN Bus communication protocols;Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) certification.Nossos principais benefícios
