- HubSpot Certified with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in demand gen or marketing ops.
- Excited by experimentations, analytics, and delivering results that move the revenue needle.
- Own HubSpot CRM & Marketing Hub end-to-end—build workflows, scoring rules, custom objects, integrations, and reporting dashboards.
- Develop and launch multi-channel campaigns that generate qualified leads, accelerate pipeline, and drive bookings.
- Manage and optimize ABM programs, nurture workflows, and landing page experiments.
- Lead paid advertising across Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, Bing, Reddit, and more.
- Ensure clean data flow and full-funnel attribution across Webflow, Propensity, Common Room, Apollo.ai, and ad platform integrations.
- Build and maintain multi-touch attribution and analytics dashboards to monitor CAC:LTV, funnel velocity, and ROI—then act fast on what the numbers say.
- 3–5 years of experience in demand generation and/or marketing operations.
- Deep expertise in HubSpot (Inbound-certified preferred).
- Proven ability to plan and execute campaigns that drive measurable pipeline and revenue.
- Experience managing and optimizing paid media budgets.
- Strong analytical mindset—you know how to interpret performance metrics and turn them into action.
