- Develop, implement, and optimize email marketing and WhatsApp journeys and campaigns using the Salesforce stack, aligned with various existing touchpoints, while leveraging expertise in operationalizing and optimizing AI platforms to enhance campaign performance and personalization.
- Design and execute promotional, transactional, and lifecycle email campaigns.
- Segment database based on customer behavior, demographics, and engagement data to deliver targeted messaging.
- Create and manage the content calendar, ensuring timely and relevant communication with our audience.
- Design and implement personalized campaigns that align with business objectives and customer needs.
- Craft compelling subject lines, copy, and calls to action (CTAs) to drive engagement and conversions.
- Analyze email campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, bounce rates, events generating conversions, and conversions.
- Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, email design, copy, and imagery to continuously improve results.
- Provide insights and recommendations for improving email marketing strategy and content based on performance data.
- Detailed insider knowledge of the market
- B2C marketing experience and working for a fast-paced growth company, preferably international and in a service-oriented sector. Experience in Tourism/Educational sector is preferred.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in marketing, hospitality industry or a related discipline.
- Fluency in both written and spoken Portuguese and English.
- Ability to work under pressure, multi-task, and possess outstanding organization skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and communication skills, so as to be able to deal with a variety of stakeholders.
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as to drive and motivate others.
