  • Start your journey with Excis and grow with us! What You will Do: Daily HR Case Management Handle employee queries related to policies, payroll, benefits, and compliance.
  • Resolve employee grievances and log HR cases for continuous improvement.
  • Onboarding & Orientation Manage pre-boarding, documentation, and orientation sessions.
  • Oversee buddy/mentorship programs and probation-period check-ins.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement Drive employee engagement initiatives and regular feedback sessions.
  • Mediate workplace disputes, conduct exit interviews, and implement retention strategies.
  • Training & Development Assess training needs and design learning programs.
  • Deliver training sessions, evaluate effectiveness, and maintain training records.
  • Payroll & Benefits Administration Ensure accurate payroll processing and timely salary disbursement.
  • Manage benefits programs, resolve discrepancies, and ensure compliance with tax laws.
  • Compliance (LATAM Focus) Ensure adherence to local labor laws and LATAM-specific regulations.
  • Update HR policies, conduct compliance training, and manage legal documentation.
  • HR Analytics & Reporting Collect and analyze HR metrics to support leadership decision-making.
  • Develop dashboards and recommend process improvements.
  • Auditing & SOP Development Audit HR cases and employee files for compliance.
  • Create and update SOPs for HR workflows and train staff on best practices.
  • Process Improvement Identify gaps, recommend solutions, and implement automation to enhance efficiency.
  • What You Need: Experience with HRMS and HR analytics tools.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll, benefits, and LATAM labor laws.
  • Skills in data analysis (Excel or similar).
  • Proven experience in process documentation, SOP creation, and compliance auditing.
  • Strong interpersonal, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
  • Empathy, adaptability, and discretion in handling sensitive matters.
  • Project management experience is a plus.
