Requisito:About Gold & Aron : Gold & Aron Conseil is a boutique executive search firm with a 20+ year track record of placing top-tier talent in the Technology and Financial Services industries across the Americas and Europe.About the RoleWe are hiring an Executive Search Senior Associate to support Gold & Aron CEO and COO across high-impact searches in Technology and Financial Services in a premium boutique environment. The role blends deep research, pipeline development, and end-to-end recruiting for select mid-level roles. You’ll help build the engine that enables leadership to focus on client strategy and firm growth.WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Candidate Research & Sourcing for senior level searches (60%)
  • Build and manage strong candidate pipelines across multiple concurrent searches.
  • Active search: Conduct structured research, market mapping using several tech tools including Linkedin, AI tools and own database.
  • Passive search: Source, screen applicants
  • Lead candidate scoring, initial candidate assessment
  • End to end Recruiting for selected mid level searches (30%)
  • Build and manage candidate pipeline
  • Conduct first-round screens to assess fit and motivation.
  • Prepare concise candidate summaries and search updates.
  • Support client communications and progress check-ins.
  • Coordinate interviews and every other step of the hiring process.
  • Business Development Support (10%)
  • Research companies, markets, and potential clients
  • Build prospect lists and market intelligence for the CEO and COO.
  • Bring new ideas, new BD initiatives for the company.
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • 3–7+ years in research, consulting, finance, tech, recruiting, or similar fields.
  • Experience in or recruiting for Tech or Financial Services is a strong plus.
  • Advanced English + Native Portuguese is a must. Spanish is a strong plus.
  • Analytical, structured thinker with strong organization and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity; bias for action; strong ownership mindset.
  • Bachelor’s degree mandatory.
