We have experience in offshore team-building and aim to help businesses leverage global talent.About This Role:We’re hiring a Controller or Senior Finance Manager to support established 8 to 9-figure direct-to-consumer brands across apparel, CPG, home, pet, and consumer goods industries. This role bridges accounting and executive finance leadership by owning financial reporting, revenue and inventory accounting, cash flow oversight, and audit coordination. You will partner closely with leadership, eCommerce, merchandising, and operations teams to ensure financial accuracy, inventory discipline, and scalable processes as the business grows.Key Responsibilities:Own monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processesPrepare accurate financial statements and management reportingEnsure proper accounting across revenue, returns, chargebacks, and payment processorsManage cash flow forecasting and balance sheet reconciliationsOversee revenue recognition across DTC, marketplace, and wholesale channelsReconcile data between eCommerce platforms, payment gateways, and fulfillment partnersLead inventory accounting, reserves, landed cost tracking, and margin analysisMaintain internal controls and support audit and tax coordinationImprove ERP workflows, reporting accuracy, and financial automationPartner cross-functionally with operations and leadership on financial strategySoftware/Platforms/Tools:ERP systems such as NetSuite, Apparel Magic, or comparable platformsShopify and other eCommerce platformsAdvanced Excel or Google SheetsAccounting and reporting systemsPayment gateways and marketplace dashboardsGoogle Workspace and SlackQualifications:3–5 years of freelancing experience.Excellent written and verbal English communication (C1 or C2 level)7+ years of accounting or finance experienceBachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance requiredCPA or CPA-equivalent certification preferredMBA in Finance or Business preferredStrong understanding of DTC, marketplace, and wholesale revenue modelsDeep knowledge of inventory and cost accountingExperience supporting US or EU-based companiesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsIndependent, detail-oriented, and systems-drivenShift Schedule:Monday to Friday, with required overlap during U.S. business hours
