Were looking for a highly experienced and strategic PPC Lead to take ownership of advertising performance across our client portfolio.The PPC Lead is responsible for the advertising strategy and performance across 12-15 client accounts. This is both a strategic and executional rolewhere you will manage a portion of client accounts yourself while overseeing up to two PPC Specialists who manage smaller accounts.The Role:You will be responsible for developing the PPC strategy for each client, ensuring that it aligns with the overall Account Growth Plan created by the Brand Manager. You will also monitor and coach PPC Specialists, take ownership of performance outcomes, and ensure that ACoS, TACoS, and monthly spend stay within the agreed goals.You will also be an integral part of client communicationattending monthly client calls with the Brand Manager, participating in weekly internal check-ins, and providing clear updates and notes on performance and next steps.This role is ideal for an experienced PPC expert who wants to both lead strategy, mentor others, and remain hands-on with key client accounts.Responsibilities:- Develop and implement PPC strategy for up to 15 client accounts in partnership with the Brand Manager- Directly manage high-priority / high-value client accounts end-to-end- Oversee and mentor up to two PPC Specialists who manage smaller and more stable client accounts- Ensure ACoS, TACoS, and monthly spend are aligned with set client goals and account growth plans- Oversee daily work of PPC Specialistscoaching them on best practices and reviewing their work to ensure quality and alignment with strategy- Attend one-on-one weekly check-ins with the Brand Manager- Attend monthly client calls with the Brand Manager and provide insights and updates- Provide clear notes and updates to the Brand Manager for client check-in calls- Be responsive and communicative on Slackresponding promptly to questions from both the Brand Manager and PPC Specialists- Stay current with Amazon PPC trends, new features, and optimization opportunities- Proactively monitor account health and take ownership of any issueswhether directly managed or through oversight of PPC SpecialistsRequirements:- Minimum 4 years of Amazon PPC experience- 100% Accountability and responsibility - we want players who treat client accounts with the diligence and care as if it was their own personal brand, as that's how we feel about our clients- Proficiency with Helium 10, Data Dive, Jungle Scout, or similar keyword tools- Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with performance data- Ability to manage multiple client accounts at once while maintaining performance standards- Experience managing large ad budgets- Proficiency with Google Sheets and Excel- Experience using automated ad platforms such as Trellis, AdLabs, Bidx, Perpetua, Quartile, or other similar software- Excellent communication skills for working with both Brand Manager and PPC Specialists- Highly reliable and organized, able to manage multiple accounts and PPC Specialists while actively contributing to account performance- Fast and reliable internet connection- Fluent in English, both written and spokenWhat Youll Get:- Competitive pay- 20 days PTO (including public holidays)- 10 days sick leave (with doctors note)- 100% remote work- Room to grow into roles like Brand Manager or Agency Leadership- A collaborative and growth-minded team environmentApply today and be part of a company thats scaling fast and doing things differently in the Amazon space.
