- Identify Opportunities for Expansion – Proactively assess client needs and market trends to uncover new business opportunities, upsell solutions, and expand account value.
- Funnel Management – Oversee the sales pipeline by tracking leads, nurturing prospects, and ensuring efficient progression through the funnel to optimize conversion rates.
- Account Planning and Management – Develop strategic account plans, set objectives, and implement tailored approaches to maximize client engagement and business outcomes.
- Customer Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring trust, satisfaction, and long-term loyalty through personalized interactions.
- Collaboration and Insight-Driven Strategy – Work cross-functionally with internal teams to leverage data and industry insights, driving customer success and business growth.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Chemistry Engineering, or related field
- Comprehensive commercial experience in Biotechnology market
- Knowledge of CRM and dashboard tools like SFDC and QlikSense
- Ability to work with presentation and finance tools
- Demonstrated competences in business development
- Ability to travel occasionally within territory or other locations
- Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
