Infrastructure Support I

- Triage and resolve ServiceNow tickets for the Digital Infrastructure team.
- Work with Digital Infrastructure team engineers for ticket escalation.
- Provide Level 1 escalation support for the Network Operations Center.
- Communicate with Digital Infrastructure team managers to provide status updates.
- Create and maintain documentation.
- Create and maintain Digital Infrastructure Service Catalog items in ServiceNow.
- This is a full-time role expected to work 40 hours per week.
- This role does not require travel.
- Requires sitting or standing at will while performing work on a computer.
- 1 - 3 years technical experience in an Information Technology related field.
- Experience working with the following technologies:
- ServiceNow
- Microsoft 365 (Teams, Exchange, Sharepoint)
- Public Cloud providers (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
- DNS
- Directory Services (Entra ID and Active Directory)
- Strong understanding of the following concepts:
- Network fundamentals
- Server management
- Security practices
- Monitoring and alerting
- User support
- Automation
- A strong desire to learn and contribute to a growing digital technology team supporting Bentley's growth.
