- Execute Sales Orders daily routine of Customer Service (sales order input, credit check, price check, rules of delivery check and blockage management of checks refusals, and cut-off)
- Execute Delivery Orders daily routine (shipments orders creation and overseeing 3pty service level of delivery)
- Execute Dashboard routine of Sales Orders and Delivery control (daily / Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly and Annually)
- Control and Deploy Customer Requirements (special pallet configuration, limitation and supply chain dynamics)
- Be a focal point for Sales and Customer contact for sales and delivery status, proactive mode
- Understand and Participate:
- Sales and Customer Management
- S&OE Routine and Execution
- Finance Rules of customer credit
- Experience: At least 3-5 years of proven experience in a Customer Service role within the food and beverages industry, with hands-on exposure to order-to-cash processes in SAP.
- Technical skills: Advanced to expert proficiency in Excel is required, and demonstrated experience with SAP Order to Cash (OTC) is mandatory.
- Language skills: Intermediate English is mandatory for this role; Spanish proficiency is desirable.
- Functional skills: Strong knowledge of sales order processing, delivery execution, credit control, and logistics coordination is expected.
- Level of experience: Proven background in customer service with planning-related experience considered a strong advantage.
