- Position OverviewAs the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our organization attracts, hires, and retains top talent within the offshore and oil & gas industry.
- You will be responsible for all aspects of recruitment, compensation and benefits market trend research, pay-band re-structuring, and maintaining a deep understanding of the offshore and oil & gas industry landscape.
- Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement strategic recruitment plans to address current and future talent needs.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events, to attract qualified candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments and interviews to ensure the selection of high-caliber candidates.
- Stay abreast of compensation and benefits trends within the offshore and oil & gas industry.
- Conduct regular market research to benchmark our compensation packages against industry standards.
- Analyze data to identify opportunities for enhancing our compensation and benefits offerings to remain competitive in the market.
- Evaluate and optimize our pay-band structure to ensure internal equity and alignment with market benchmarks.
- Partner with HR leadership to develop and implement pay-band re-structuring initiatives.
- Communicate changes to employees and provide guidance on how they impact individual compensation packages.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the offshore and oil & gas industry, including key trends, challenges, and emerging talent needs.
- Proactively identify talent acquisition strategies that align with industry dynamics and business objectives.
- Act as a subject matter expert on industry-specific recruitment practices and regulations.
- Qualifications:Bachelor''s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition roles within the Oil & Gas or Offshore industry.
- Proven track record of success in developing and implementing HR, Talent Acquisition, and Recruitment strategies that drive business results.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Previous experience with SuccessFactors is highly preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment and effectively manage ambiguity and change.
