Integration services engineers are responsible for providing support to clients in various integration-related matters. They work closely with our partners and customers to understand their needs and requirements, designing and implementing solutions to meet those needs. In addition, they provide ongoing support and maintenance of integrations, ensuring they continue to function optimally over time. This role requires strong communication skills, technical expertise in software development, and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical guidance and support to clients during integration projects.
  • Design and develop custom integrations using APIs, webhooks, and other technologies.
  • Perform system testing and troubleshooting to ensure smooth functionality of integrations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams within Infobip, including product managers, developers, and customer service representatives.
  • Create comprehensive documentation for reference purposes.
  • Assist clients in configuring and utilizing Infobip’s products.
  • Stay updated with new features and enhancements related to integration services.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for integration processes.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
  • Experience with API development and integration techniques.
  • Strong knowledge of JSON, XML, and HTTP protocols.
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
  • Understanding of cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
