- Identify hiring needs, define job profiles together with leadership and get approval on salary, title and job content.
- Attract and hire professionals aligned with the company’s needs.
- Advertise roles on strategic channels (LinkedIn, Music/entertainement job boards, social media)
- Conduct screening through technical and behavioral interviews.
- Finalize offer and ensure smooth onboarding processes partnering with your HR colleagues
- Support measuring employee performance and support professional growth along with managers and local and global HR
- Follow guidelines of the global career paths and growth opportunities (vertical and lateral).
- Conduct Termination meeting and support management in the dismissal process
- Promote regular feedback and structured evaluations (annual or semi-annual).
- Educate managers on global and local KPIs
- Conduct training needs assessments
- Conduct Stay/Exit interviews
- Identify internal mobility needs and support staff and management in the mobility process
- Design training programs (technical, soft skills, leadership) along knowledge team and global HR
- Promote continuous learning through workshops, mentoring, and e-learning.
- Measure training effectiveness and impact.
- Provide coaching and leadership development programs.
- Assist managers with conflict resolution and decision-making.
- Offer HR insights to guide team management and motivation.
- Act as a strategic partner in organizational planning.
