- This role will interface with clients such as TIM, Claro, and Vivo, ensuring compliance with internal methodologies and contractual obligations.
- Key Responsibilities: Use specialized software tools to simulate and optimize circuit performance, ensuring that components operate within the desired frequency range with high efficiency and low noise.
- Determining the appropriate antenna type, calculating radiation patterns, and optimizing antenna impedance to maximize signal transmission and reception.
- Develop complete microwave systems, integrating different components to meet specific performance requirements.
- This could involve designing a microwave communication link between two remote locations, considering factors such as distance, frequency allocation, and interference mitigation.
- Use test equipment like network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, and oscilloscopes to measure the performance of microwave components.
- They verify parameters such as gain, bandwidth, return loss, and phase noise to ensure that components meet design specifications.
- Conduct tests on entire microwave systems in laboratory and field environments.
- This includes evaluating system performance under different operating conditions, such as varying temperatures, humidity levels, and signal strengths.
- They also perform interference testing to ensure the system can operate in a crowded electromagnetic environment without degradation.
- Keep abreast of the latest research and technological advancements in microwave engineering, such as new materials, manufacturing techniques, and communication protocols.
- Address complex technical problems in microwave systems, such as minimizing signal distortion, improving power efficiency, or reducing electromagnetic interference.
- Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, IT or related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Microwave Network Project, preferably within telecom or tech companies.
- Strong understanding of project management tools, commissioning, prediction and executive reporting.
- Previous experience working in multicultural environments or with Chinese organizations is a plus.
- Advanced English is mandatory; Mandarin or Spanish isa differential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, advanced Excel, Power BI, Jira/Confluence.
