This role owns supplier coordination end-to-end—from issuing purchase orders and forecasting inventory needs to sourcing new vendors and negotiating pricing. The work is fast-paced and execution-heavy, ideal for someone comfortable making decisions, picking up the phone, and solving problems quickly.Key Responsibilities:Issue and manage purchase orders with suppliersForecast inventory levels and trigger re-orders proactivelySource and evaluate new suppliers and vendorsNegotiate pricing, lead times, and MOQsReview artwork templates for printed materials such as bags and labelsHandle urgent sourcing requests with speed and accuracyMaintain organized records for suppliers, pricing, and timelinesSoftware/Platforms/Tools:Google Sheets and Google DocsEmailSlackZoomInventory or ERP tools (nice to have)Qualifications:3–5 years of freelancing experience.Excellent written and verbal English communication (C1 or C2 level).3–5+ years of experience in procurement or manufacturing operationsStrong vendor communication and negotiation skillsComfortable with phone calls and fast turnaround requestsHighly organized, detail-oriented, and proactiveExperience with packaging or printed materials is a plusShift Schedule:Monday to Friday, flexible as needed for supplier coordination, with some overlap with US business hours
