Your expertise will play a key role in building a solution that streamlines financial transactions between bank accounts across the U.S., making payments easier and more efficient for merchants and customers.🟩 What's in it for you:

✅ Is that you?

8+ years in QA, with 5+ years in test automation
Strong experience with QA processes and tools
Proficiency in .NET, and C#
Experience with Selenium or Playwright, including building automated test frameworks from scratch
Skills in API, performance, and integration testing
Hands-on experience in manual testing
In-depth knowledge of Scrum/SAFe and experience working within Agile teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured, data-driven approach to decision-making
Strong proactivity, work ownership, accountability
Upper-Intermediate+ English level

Desirable:

Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
Knowledge of cloud platforms (GCP), Docker, and Kubernetes

🧩Key responsibilities and your contributionIn this role, you’ll own the QA strategy for a high-speed, intense fintech project, increasing automation test coverage and driving continuous improvements in testing processes.

Help the QA team to increase test automation speed and coverage
Streamline automated testing processes for efficiency
Develop and implement robust automated testing frameworks
Create and execute automated test scripts using Selenium and Playwright
Conduct API, performance, and integration testing
Integrate automated tests into Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines
Collaborate with the team to identify testing priorities
Analyze test results, report defects, and provide actionable insights, ensuring visibility for stakeholders
Participate in and contribute to Agile ceremonies
Mentor junior QAs on best practices in test automation
Create and maintain relevant test documentation
Assist with manual testing when necessary
