- Lead the management and analysis of operating expenses across business units;
- Prepare and monitor budgets and rolling forecasts with a focus on cost efficiency;
- Produce executive-level presentations and internal management reports;
- Oversee transfer pricing processes in accordance with internal policies and regulatory frameworks;
- Prepare and submit regulatory reports including Cadoc 3040, 3026, Pillar 3, and DLO;
- Consolidate financial data and provide reporting to headquarters;
- Support capital management activities and contribute to the execution of the capital plan;
- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy and reporting efficiency.
- Solid experience in an international banking environment is required;
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields;
- Advanced or fluent English (written and spoken);
- Advanced Excel skills; ability to manipulate and analyze large data sets;
- Strong PowerPoint skills and ability to craft impactful presentations;
- Strong analytical profile with solid communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, as well as a process-improvement mindset and ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
