Using Docusign’s Intelligent Agreement Management platform, companies can create, commit, and manage agreements with solutions created by the #1 company in e-signature and contract lifecycle management (CLM).What you'll doAs a Sr. People Services Coordinator, you will join the newly formed People Services team operating within the HR Business Partner organization. This team is focused on direct support for our employee base on a wide variety of HR queries. You are a highly motivated self-starter who is responsible for developing innovative ways to support our employee population, owning a resolution from notification to closure and defining HR process improvements that enable our teams to be successful. You are focused on employee satisfaction in all that you do. You are accountable for identifying and resolving more complex second tier employee queries in collaboration with internal teams and the broader Docusign ecosystem.This position is an individual contributor reporting to the Manager, People Services.ResponsibilityAct as the first point of contact for benefits-related inquiries and issues for LATAM Region (Brazil and Mexico), resolving Tier 1 concerns promptlyManage and respond to ServiceNow tickets related to benefits for LATAM Region (Brazil/Mexico)Identify and escalate complex benefits issues to more senior members of the LATAM People Services team or to cross-functional teams such as senior member of the Benefits team or payroll or HRBPs as necessaryEnsure timely resolution and communication to affected partiesFacilitate the onboarding process for benefit vendors, ensuring all necessary documentation, purchase orders (POs), contracts, legal, IT, and security requirements are metCoordinate and process local benefits (ie: monthly meal allowances processing, meal vouchers card replacements, annual christmas gifts processing, invoice processing, health and wellness plans administration, among others) for the LATAM region (Brazil and Mexico)Support new hire onboarding presentations and addresses benefits questions for Brazil and MexicoComplete offboarding activities for employees leaving the company such as exit interviews and/or documentation required per country legal authorities in the LATAM region (Brazil/Mexico)Complete all local/regional statutory and regulatory employment filing requirementCarry out necessary work authorization and certification requirements in regionComplete all necessary wet signature requirements where required by local authoritiesAssist with mass data inputs/uploads, ensuring data submitted to the People Operations team is accurate and ready for loadingJob DesignationHybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)Positions at Docusign are assigned a job designation of either In Office, Hybrid or Remote and are specific to the role/job. Docusign reserves the right to change a position's job designation depending on business needs and as permitted by local law.What you bringBasicBS/BA degree or equivalent in HR or related field2+ years of HR operations or consulting experienceExperience with systems such as Service Now, WorkdayExperience with Google Suite * Fluent in English and Portuguese
