  • Responsibilities include leading quality assurance initiatives, mentoring junior staff, and improving processes.
  • The role involves designing and executing test strategies, analyzing data, and ensuring compliance with quality standards throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • A deep understanding of testing methodologies, analytical skills, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment are essential.
