- Deliver full P&L accountability, meeting Revenue, Contribution, and OPEX targets, while driving improvements in Working Capital.
- Oversee the internal controls framework, fostering a culture of accountability and financial discipline in collaboration with the Global Business Services and Controllership organizations.
- Lead financial planning exercises, including Monthly Outlooks, AOP, and LRP, providing insightful analysis on business trajectory, risks, and opportunities.
- Support strategic decision-making and resource allocation as a member of the Brazil Leadership Team.
- Manage products lifecycle, profitability, and new product launches.
- Sponsor continuous improvement opportunities in internal processes and local delivery of key projects aligned with corporate objectives.
- Identify and develop Finance talent, ensuring adherence to Biogen Culture, Values, and Policies.
- Manage team performance, fostering an environment of growth and development.

- Advanced experience in finance in the life sciences industry.
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business-related field.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English languages.
- Experience with full P&L accountability and financial delivery.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Business savvy and financial acumen.
- Ability to operate and influence cross-functionally in a Matrix organization.
- Technical knowledge and skills in analytics, business foresight, and problem-solving.
- Proficiency in Financial controls, SOX, US GAAP, IFRS.
- Proficiency in Brazilian Statutory and Tax requirements.
- MBA or CPA is strongly preferred.
- Previous international experience.
- Experience attracting, managing, developing, and retaining a team.
