- Define experiments to validate new solutions.
- Supervise the manufacturing and testing of prototypes.
- Lead R&D projects focused on cost, timeline, and performance.
- Document results and define design rules.
- Support fellow R&D colleagues in various projects.
- Provide technical support to factories and customers.
- Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
- Hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Master tools such as Creo and SolidWorks
- Apply knowledge in flow, fluid circulation, and thermodynamics.
- Demonstrate hands-on experience with mechanical prototyping.
- Show creativity, attention to detail, and innovative thinking.
- Communicate fluently in English, both spoken and written.
