  • Responsibilities:Responsible for developing short-term and long-term sales strategy to meet the company goal and objective.
  • Attend meeting to discuss sales plans for product portfolio in line with the agreed marketing plan with other departments.
  • Monitor market trend and provide in-depth sights for Brazil Sales team in strategize Sales activities.
  • Prepare annual expense budget report and propose adjustment of the budget implementation.
  • Develop business relationship with existing and new customers to identify potential opportunities within the key territories for sales optimization.
  • Communicate with related marketing personnel in other regions and head Quarters regarding global or localized business opportunity and brainstorming on the sales strategies.
  • Competencies:Knowledge in selling, negotiation and commercial awareness.
  • Thorough Product knowledge.
  • Advanced analytical, interpersonal and people management skillsThorough understanding of the trade, prescribers and dispensers.
  • Understanding of the political, socio-economic environment.
  • Countrywide territorial knowledge.
  • Negotiation Skills and Presentation Skills.
  • Requirements:At least ten years in sales experience and no less than three to five years in positions like National Sales Manager or BU Director in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Knowledge and experience in Respiratory and /or Derma therapeutic lines.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • MBA studies are preferred.
  • English proficiency.
