- Drive the growth of premium, mid-range, and economy tire product lines to achieve maximum market coverage, targeting both retail and institutional buyers.
- Introduce sales initiatives to increase sell-in and sell-out volumes, reduce aging inventory, and improve channel profitability.
- Market Development Strategically expand the dealer and distributor network across key markets including Poland, Romania, Hungary, Czech Republic, and the Balkans.
- Identify and penetrate high-growth segments such as large fleets, mining operations, agriculture, government transportation tenders, and OEMs.
- Establish long-term partnerships with national distributors, large dealers, and regional wholesalers, enhancing market access and brand loyalty.
