- Lead sales process optimization for your market by mapping, analyzing, and redesigning workflows; partner with sales leadership to scope and prioritize opportunities for improvement, estimating impact and resource/investment requirements.
- Examine process flows to identify operational gaps, develop solutions, and collaborate with key stakeholders to define and implement the ideal future-state processes.
- Project manage end-to-end process optimization, from requirements gathering and scoping to implementation, training, rollout, and continuous improvement, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regional needs.
- Drive understanding and adoption of core and critical processes among sales executives, process owners, and partners by delivering clear communication, targeted training, and scalable enablement content.
- Define problem statements, collaborate closely with technical partners (Product, Engineering, Sales), and help implement process automations, new tool integrations, and scalable solutions.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor sales tool usage, efficiency, and adoption; analyze data to surface actionable insights for ongoing improvement.
- Support the evaluation, rollout, and continuous assessment of new tools, systems, features or AI solutions that can help the team automate processes and scale effectively.
- Share key learnings, operational best practices, and feedback to the Global Program Management team to drive consistency and enable scaling of successful initiatives worldwide.
- 5+ years of experience in business or customer operations, technical project management, or program management, ideally within SMB, channel sales, or digital advertising environments.
- Demonstrates a growth mindset and curiosity, is comfortable working independently, and proactively solves problems by engaging directly with sales and vendor teams, diving into operational details to resolve challenges efficiently.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Gong is strongly preferred; additional experience with tools such as Medallia, Calendly, and Outbound prospecting tools is a plus.
- Skilled at establishing shared goals, aligning with and influencing multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver large-scale process redesigns or systems implementations from initial scoping through to rollout and adoption.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience breaking down ambiguous data problems, surfacing actionable insights.
- Highly organized, able to meet rigorous deadlines while balancing multiple priorities, and recognized for strong attention to detail and consistent productivity in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to simplify complex topics and deliver effective presentations or training to diverse audiences.
- Fluent in English and Portuguese, with Spanish proficiency a plus, to collaborate seamlessly with global and regional teams.
- Experience with vendor management, workflow automation, or AI/SQL tools is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience.

- This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration at least 1-2 times per week. Therefore needs to be in a commutable distance from Sao Paulo office.
