Creator Supply & Growth
- Develop strategies to grow and diversify creator supply across key products, verticals, and markets
- Manage creator agencies and ecosystem partners to expand creator participation at scale
- Identify supply gaps and design creator recruitment and activation programs to meet advertiser demandMonetization & Performance
- Drive creator monetization growth by increasing the number of active and earning creators across solutions
- Analyze creator earnings, participation, and campaign outcomes to identify monetization opportunities and supply gaps
- Partner with Product and Sales teams to improve creator incentives and participation economics
- Troubleshoot creator-related bugs, payment issues and other product-related challenges shared by the creator ecosystemDelivery & Operational Excellence
- Own creator participation in advertiser campaigns, ensuring delivery targets and creative volume commitments are met
- Build and optimize operational documentation, workflows, SOPs, tooling and legal assessments to improve reliability and efficiency
- Identify risks in creator supply or delivery early and proactively mitigate themData & Insights
- Own, track and analyze key metrics, including:
- Creator payout
- Creator participation and delivery attainment
- Number of creators per product
- Number of monetized creators
- Translate data into actionable insightsCross-Functional Partnership
- Partner with Product, Sales, CPS, AdEx, Comms, PGC, Content Operations and other XFN teams to translate advertiser demand into scalable creator participation
- Represent LATAM creator ecosystem insights in global product and monetization events and discussions
- Educate creators and ecosystem partners on TikTok monetization programs and best practices
- Support the launch and testing of new creator-led advertising solutionsQualifications:Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, creator economy, and digital advertising
- Strong understanding of the LATAM creator ecosystem, including creators, agencies, and content trends
- Experience working with data to drive strategic decisions, including marketplace performance, monetization metrics, or advertising campaign outcomes
- Proven ability to translate market insights into scalable product or ecosystem strategies
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, working with Product, Sales, Operations and Marketing teams
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving products and pilot initiativesPreferred qualifications:
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and culturally diverse environment.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with experience navigating global organizations and aligning cross-functional teams toward shared goals.
