  • This role is critical to the strategic growth and financial health of the company.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the finance team, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing insights to support decision-making at the executive level.
  • Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the accounting and finance team, providing guidance and support to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance the company's financial performance.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations and standards.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to the executive team and stakeholders.
  • Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage cash flow, investments, and financial risk.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives and strategies.
  • Coordinate audits and work closely with external auditors to ensure accurate and timely completion.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes.
  • Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree or CPApreferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance leadership role.
  • Good knowledge of English and Portuguese.
  • Understanding the iGaming industry, including its financial dynamics, regulatory environment, and market trends is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, standards, and best practices.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
