- Execute projects with top customers and build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Attend meetings to improve category performance and support Key Account Managers for non-top customers.
- Enhance sales performance through process development and manage data providers.
- Identify opportunities, conduct sales analysis, and develop channel-specific strategies and business plans.
- Lead customer interactions with Red Bull during the category management process.
- Ensure ethical, transparent relationships, separate from commercial negotiations, and maintain confidentiality.
- Map, analyze, and structure information on the Energy Drink market.
- Update Red Bull on category behavior
- Marketing, business administration and other similar graduation is required.
- Advanced English is required.
- Experience in consumer goods and direct contact with market indicators, replenishment, planograms and shopper behaviour.
- Commercial experience is a plus.
- Leadership, ownership, motivation and team skills.
- Strong analytical, logical, time planning, strategic and communication skills.
