Availability: Must be available to work with significant overlap with Mountain Standard Time (MST).The Ideal Candidate Has:
- BS/MS in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of customer acquisition strategies including paid ads, email marketing, partnerships, and content distribution.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation, analytics, and CRM tools.
- Proven success in lead generation for B2B and B2C environments.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to measure ROI and optimize campaigns.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills, including experience handling inbound phone leads.
- Experience running growth experiments across multiple channels.
- Ability to work independently, own initiatives, and deliver results.
- Excellent communication skills in English (C1 preferred, strong B2 may be considered).
- Develop and execute creative growth strategies to increase lead generation, conversion, and retention.
- Continuously test new tactics for client acquisition and engagement.
- Identify and optimize acquisition channels such as paid ads, social media, partnerships, email, and content.
- Collaborate with sales to design and improve demand generation funnels.
- Leverage analytics to track ROI, identify opportunities, and iterate strategies quickly.
- Research and implement tools, automation, and AI-driven solutions for scalability.
- Engage with inbound leads via phone calls to qualify prospects and present FusionHit’s value proposition.
- Maintain detailed CRM records for lead management and conversion tracking.
- Conduct competitor and market research to anticipate trends and discover opportunities.
- Work independently with minimal supervision, taking ownership from idea to execution.
- Collaborate with SEO and content team memebers to align messaging with growth objectives.
