- The executive assistants duties and responsibilities include: managing the executives schedule, meeting preparation and coordination, complex travel arrangements, record maintenance, research and information gathering, follow-up tasks, and preparation of summaries and reports.
- A successful candidate must be proactive and open to learning, able to handle a wide range of administrative and support tasks, and independently initiate and implement processes to manage projects, information, and people.
- Professional English and excellent communication skills are required.
- The candidate will be responsible for directing and deploying support staff or other resources.
- Additionally, the Executive Assistant must develop positive and strategic relationships at all levels of the organization, use utmost discretion and judgment, and maintain confidentiality.
- The candidate is required to work independently, with little or no supervision, yet able to collaborate with others.
- · A bachelor''s degree is a must.
- · Executive assistant experience preferred but not required.
- · 4-6 hours weekend availability is required.
