Atuará em parceria com equipes multifuncionais e liderança sênior para planejar e executar iniciativas como planejamento estratégico anual, mitigação de tarifas, planejamento estratégico da força de trabalho e coordenação de fóruns de liderança. O papel requer habilidade para influenciar e trabalhar com diferentes níveis da organização.

- Traduzir iniciativas estratégicas em planos de ação executáveis;
- Apoiar a liderança sênior na definição e execução da estratégia;
- Gerenciar stakeholders, prioridades, riscos e comunicação dos projetos;
- Liderar equipes multifuncionais por influência;
- Planejar, acompanhar e reportar projetos, métricas e resultados;
- Desenvolver frameworks, materiais executivos e dashboards de performance.
- Graduação em Engenharia, Administração ou áreas correlatas;
- Sólida experiência com consultoria de estratégias corporativas, junto ao time de gestão de projetos;
- Experiência em projetos estratégicos e interação com liderança sênior;
- Forte capacidade analítica (Excel);
- Fluência em inglês para comunicação diária;
- Experiência em ambientes industriais, preferência pelo setor automotivo B2B;
- Vivência em transformações estratégicas ou operacionais;
- Conhecimento em Metodologias Waterfall e Agile, gestão da mudança e riscos;
- Certificação PMP (desejável);
- Disponibilidade para viagens na região das Américas.
