Job Description:As a Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE) Solution Architect you will play a critical role in driving the cloud adoption strategy and architecture for the organization. You will work with a team of cloud soutions architects and oversee the development and implementation of Mars’ platforms and cloud-based systems in use every day. The Cloud CoE Client Solutions team works closely with other cloud CoE Towers and Enterprise Architects, operations teams, and other stakeholders to develop the necessary services and landing zones for unique projects that will be deployed to the Mars cloud.What are we looking for?Education:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field is typically required. Some organizations may accept equivalent work experience in lieu of a degree.Professional Qualifications:5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect or a similar role with a focus on cloud architecture and design.Proven experience in designing and implementing enterprise-level solutions, considering scalability, performance, security, and integration requirements.Strong knowledge of software development principles, methodologies, and technologies.Experience in working with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to gather requirements, define solution architecture, and provide technical guidance.Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and their services, including hands-on experience in architecting solutions on these platforms.Understanding of security principles and best practices, including data protection, identity management, and compliance requirements.Experience with architecture frameworks and methodologies, such as TOGAF or similar frameworks, to develop and document solution architectures.What will be your key responsibilities?Assess business demands/objectives requirements.Create architectural diagrams (Low Level Diagrams - LLD).Ensure scalability and elasticity.Comply with availability and fault tolerance requirements.Implement cloud solutions using infrastructure-as-code approach (e.g.: Terraform, Ansible, etc).Ensure security and compliance standards (from Service Office and Finance)Performance & Cost optimizationSPOC in CCoE for customer LLD/Deployment ProjectsAssist in cross-functional team design discussionsProvide feedback about service catalog available requestsBe the cloud ambassador (promote Cloud adoption)What can you expect from Mars?Work with diverse and talented Associates, all guided by the Five Principles.Join a purpose driven company, where we’re striving to build the world we want tomorrow, today.Best-in-class learning and development support from day one, including access to our in-house Mars University.An industry competitive salary and benefits package, including company bonus.#TBDDT
