We are seeking a dedicated Manual/Automation QA Engineer with strong expertise in Tosca to join our team and work on a Salesforce-driven telecommunications project.The role focuses on improving the current Salesforce support system for Connect and enabling sustained business growth through high-quality testing and automation.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with peer testers to ensure deliverables meet quality standardsUtilize Tosca to develop and execute automation testing processesCollect and report QA metrics and statistics to clients for actionable insightsCommunicate regularly with client managers and the development team to ensure alignment on requirements and testing progressCoordinate with third-party vendors for streamlined testing and system integrationManage extensive regression testing to maintain high test coverageIdentify and address potential issues proactively, suggesting process improvementsRequirementsMinimum 2+ years of experience in manual testing, Tosca, and QA practicesKnowledge of Salesforce, particularly in areas relevant to testing and quality assuranceStrong understanding of testing principles, prioritization, and delivering under tight timelinesBackground in implementing automation testing strategies with ToscaFamiliarity with testing theory, practices, and a high level of technical proficiencyNice to haveFamiliarity with Salesforce and Tricentis ToscaWe offer/Benefits
