As a Premium-tier Partner of Meta, Google, and WhatsApp, we maintain the highest standards of integration and platform excellence.About the RoleWe are looking for a Partner Hunter to lead the outbound acquisition of new partners in Brazil and LATAM.This is a highly strategic role focused on identifying, prospecting, and onboarding new partners who can drive sustainable growth for Wati through resale, implementation, and co-selling motions.You will own the end-to-end partner acquisition journey, from defining ideal partner profiles to enabling partners to successfully position and sell Wati to their customer base.What You’ll DoPartner Acquisition & Outbound Strategy
  • Build and execute an outbound strategy to prospect new partners (marketing agencies, system integrators, and software resellers).
  • Define Ideal Partner Profiles (IPP) by segment, market, and maturity level.
  • Prospect, qualify, and engage potential partners across Brazil and LATAM.
  • Run discovery calls, pitch Wati’s value proposition, and present our Partner Program.
Partner Development & Ecosystem Engagement
  • Develop strong relationships with the marketing and technology ecosystem in the region.
  • Represent Wati in conversations with agencies, integrators, and SaaS partners.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact during the partner evaluation and onboarding process.
Partner Enablement & Product Knowledge
  • Support partners with technical and commercial knowledge of Wati’s SaaS platform.
  • Help partners understand key use cases and positioning for sales, marketing, and support teams.
  • Enable partners to confidently present Wati to their own customer base.
Partner Journey Ownership
  • Own the full partner journey:
  • Targeting and prospecting
  • Commercial development and onboarding
  • Initial enablement and activation
  • Early co-selling or referral motions
  • Ensure partners are activated and capable of generating pipeline and revenue.
Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams.
  • Share partner feedback, market insights, and ecosystem learnings internally.
  • Contribute to improving Wati’s Partner Program, playbooks, and acquisition strategy.
Key Metrics You’ll Own
  • Number of new partners onboarded

  • Partner-sourced pipeline and revenue
  • Time-to-first-deal per partner
Partner engagement and enablement metricsIdeal ProfileYou are a hunter profile with a strong commercial mindset and experience building relationships from scratch. You are comfortable operating in fast-changing environments, enjoy opening doors, and know how to turn partnerships into scalable growth channels.Requirements
  • 3–6+ years of experience in Partnerships, Business Development, Sales, or similar roles (SaaS preferred).
  • Proven experience with outbound prospecting and relationship-driven sales.
  • Strong understanding of partner ecosystems (agencies, integrators, resellers).
  • Ability to explain technical SaaS products in a clear and commercial way.
  • Fluent in Portuguese and/or Spanish (English required for internal communication).
  • Highly organized, autonomous, and results-oriented.
Nice to Have / Bonus
  • Experience building or scaling SaaS partner programs.
  • Familiarity with WhatsApp Business API, messaging platforms, or automation tools.
  • Experience working with Brazil and/or LATAM markets.
  • Background in agencies, system integrators, or software vendors.
