- 3+ years in an Account Manager, Customer Success, or Sales role—preferably in a startup, SaaS, or creative agency setting.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong commercial acumen with a proactive, sales-oriented mindset—you love spotting opportunities and going after them.
- Highly organized and independent: you thrive in fast-paced environments and take full ownership of client outcomes.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills—you build trust fast and tailor your style to diverse client types.
- Familiar with tools like Hubspot.
- Strong psychological maturity to handle challenging or high-pressure situations with resilience and professionalism.
- Own post-sales relationships with a portfolio of clients, ensuring their success and growth with Awesomic.
- Act as the strategic point of contact for clients after onboarding—guiding them, identifying opportunities, and building loyalty.
- Proactively identify expansion opportunities (upsell/cross-sell), work closely with sales and product to drive value.
- Conduct regular check-ins and strategic reviews with clients to understand business goals and align service offerings.
- Maintain CRM hygiene and track key metrics related to client growth, satisfaction, and retention.
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers to become a trusted advisor.
- Monitor client usage, identify friction points, and solve issues before they escalate.
- Educate clients on features and new services that add value to their workflow.
