As part of the Global IT Organization this position will be a key link between the IT, Operations, Supply Chain and Leadership teams.A background that includes IT project management, a technical understanding of ERP structure and manufacturing process concepts will be needed.Responsibilities:Establish and maintain a strong working relationship with our key business leadersClearly understand business needs, complexities and impact of technical changesDrive continuous improvement of our IT practices, procedures and supporting toolsConduct detailed analyses to identify gaps with business operations and support design and implementation of IT system changes in line with the overall IT strategySupport implementation of ERP systemsIdentify and present opportunities for technical solutions and process improvement.QualificaçõesBachelor’s degree, ideally with a major in IT, Business Administration or Computer Science is requiredStrong communication skills in English both written and verbalAt least 3 years+ of fundamental experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within a manufacturing industry around projects in supply chain or operation processes.Knowledge in ERP systems and implementations.
