  • Understand project pipeline within the industry to prepare for bid phase.
  • Understand Industry needs and set targets for Commodity managers.
  • Secure focus and agreements on critical and long lead time products.
  • Handle change orders in execution phase and secure lowest Total Cost.
  • Benchmark nominated suppliers with AL preferred Suppliers and search for alternative supplier opportunities to be competitive on specific projects in close cooperation with project manager.
  • Responsible to secure Bank guarantee, performance guarantee.
  • Lead interface meetings with industry representatives.
