- Own calendar management and scheduling across multiple time zones
- Prioritize meetings and ensure time is allocated to the highest value activities
- Prepare structured daily and weekly briefs including meeting context and objectives
- Coordinate travel logistics for domestic and international trips
- Maintain and organize a relationship CRM across investors, founders, advisors, and operators
- Capture notes, context, and strategic insights from meetings and conferences
- Track introductions, follow ups, and relationship history
- Build structured relationship mapping across industries and geographies
- Track investment pipeline activity including fund allocations, direct investments, and co-invest opportunities
- Maintain dashboards tracking deal flow and diligence progress
- Assist with organization of diligence materials and internal coordination
- Prepare briefing documents before key investor and partner meetings
- Track timelines and progress across new venture initiatives and investment platforms
- Coordinate execution tasks required to move initiatives from concept to launch
- Conduct research on markets, companies, and strategic themes as needed
- Ensure projects continue moving forward between major work sprints
- Organize curated investor dinners and private events across major cities
- Coordinate logistics including venues, invitations, guest lists, and scheduling
- Support conference participation and speaking engagements
- Track relationship value and follow up after events
- Coordinate occasional personal logistics and scheduling needs
- Assist with travel planning and select family coordination when required
- 4 to 8+ years of experience supporting founders, executives, investors, or senior leadership
- Experience operating in high-trust environments with significant discretion
- Strong organizational and systems thinking skills
- Experience managing calendars, CRM systems, and project workflows
- Ability to synthesize information and prepare structured briefing materials
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High curiosity and ability to quickly understand new industries and topics
- Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision
- Experience supporting investors, family offices, or venture environments
- Background in consulting, finance, strategy, or operations
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and relationship management systems
- Experience coordinating events, conferences, or investor gatherings
- Exposure to venture building or startup environments
- A short 1 to 2 minute Loom video explaining your experience supporting senior executives or investors and how you help turn ideas or conversations into structured execution
