- Collaborates cross functionally to identify supply chain logistics improvement opportunities
- Build and maintain Network Optimization Model for Brazil & Paraguay Regional Operations
- Leads cross functional and cross regional project teams in creating and implementing an integrated work plan to deliver project objectives and milestones
- Ensures definition or validation of logistics projects scope and plan
- Identifies and takes action to mitigate supply risks aligned to improvement opportunities
- Ensures that established work process and project management best practices are leveraged and utilized throughout project work
- Establishes project expectations with key stakeholders and manage expectations throughout the project, including project timeline, associated costs, and project status
- Defines, executes, and maintains the project plan, project timeline, stakeholder communication plan, and control plan for all assigned projects
- Responsible for identifying savings in existing supply chains through optimization or waste reduction
- Coaches' logistics' colleagues in project management skills
- Represents Supply Chain in the Supplier Excellence Innovation Committee
- Supports project scoping (or execute and get project leader approval), savings baseline building (or execute and get project leader approval), project control and coordinates savings reporting.
- Proficient in application of tools and technology (SC system thinking).
- Strong change agent skills to transform business operations in logistics. Use a combination of influence and position to drive change
- Strong communication skills. Connects and integrated well with global and regional teams.
- Use influence and prioritization to build and execute plans.
- Strong base in logistics (INCO terms, compliance, customs) and sound base supply chain systems to engage organization with confidence
- Lead others in problem solving; developing options based on analytics and data.
- Project Management mindset, attention to details.
- Required BS/BA degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business, or Technical field
- Required relevant experience in Supply Chain Areas, mainly Logistics.
- Required experience in Project Management, mainly Logistics related projects.
- Required English proficiency - Advanced
- APICS CPIM Certification expected
- Six Sigma Green Belt/ Black Belt and/or certified Lean Practitioner preferred
- SAP / APO / BW (or equivalent) experience preferred
