Brazil O&M Solutions Manager

• Key Responsibilities: 1.
• Design, maintain, and update the companys O&M service offerings.
• 2.
• Gather and accurately interpret customer requirements.
• 3.
• Review and provide insights on project RFP documents.
• 4.
• Develop tailored O&M solutions for specific projects.
• 5.
• Identify project risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• 6.
• Provide technical input for cost estimation and financial planning.
• 7.
• Participate in client meetings to promote the companys O&M services.
• 8.
• Support and/or engage in contract negotiations.
• 9.
• Define O&M service KPIs and propose service quality improvement plans.
• 10.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
• Requirements: 1.
• Experience in the wind power industry is required.
• 2.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese (both spoken and written).
• 3.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
• 4.
• Open-minded with strong cross-cultural collaboration skills.
