- Establish coherent and state-of-the art sales strategy and tactics for the region, considering competitive intelligence.
- Optimize the sales group, field force structure, and sales channel setup to support the regional needs and allocate resources to regional priorities.
- Drive top-line through coordination, training and allocation of distributor and field force.
- Work collaboratively across functions including marketing, and customer service to manage sales resource demands.
- Ensure the development of pre-launch sales plans for all new products within the planning horizon.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Administration or a technical background as a Bioengineer
- Long standing experience in developing innovating sales strategies, managing both direct sales force and channel routes to market, profit and loss management, achieving commercial growth, and in international and matrix managed environments.
- Knowledge of the diagnostics product market in Latin America
- Fluent in verbal and written English, Spanish and Portuguese
- Availability of international trips up to 50 days per year within the region, flexible schedule
- MBA or master’s degree in business, Marketing, Economics, Finance or equivalent
- MS CRM and MS Outlook
- Motivating people with different background and skill levels to create a cohesive and focused team.
