DESCRIPTIONBR Air Transportation team is seeking a highly qualified Air Program Coordinator who is enthusiastic about helping us build and improve an innovative and efficient logistics operation in the most cost-effective way.We are customer-obsessed. This role is responsible for supporting medium and long-term expansion initiatives, as well as ensuring that we are in compliance with Legal, Tax, Finance, Security, among other stakeholders.A day in the life
Your routine will be full of challenges, including creating business cases, mapping, scoping, and developing expansion and operational projects within expected deadlines and deliverables. You will ensure cost-efficiency, lead workstreams, and conduct negotiations with diverse internal and external stakeholders at all levels globally. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for this position, as are excellent analytical skills, including data processing and interpretation for decision-making, and the ability to identify new business opportunities.You will have frequent direct contact with other Amazon marketplaces for benchmarking and implementing best practices, as well as collaborate with technology teams and product managers to develop tools and systems that support business growth. You will also submit periodic reports and key indicators to leadership on the initiatives you are leading and, in parallel, be jointly responsible for the area's financial management.This is an individual contributor position, and the role will be based in Sao Paulo, SP.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor's degree;
- Program or project management experience, focused on Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics and/or Ecommerce environment.
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams;
- Advanced Excel (including Pivot Tables, VLookUps);
- Advanced English, both spoken and written;PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Experience with air cargo operations;
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules;
- Knowledge of PMBOK principles and DMAIC methodology;
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization;
