- Developing, owning and driving a strategic sales account plans to drive digital product and service revenue growth across Region and Product Segment.
- Engaging with ‘C’ level and key customer personas to promote the Digital Well Construction portfolio.
- Being a Trusted Advisor and Customer Champion, establishing partnership relationships with key clients.
- Introducing technical sales representative and sales support teams for deep technical dives and understanding of the solutions.
- Leading efforts to establish and expand market share, own pipeline planning, creation and maintenance.
- Collaborate with product development, engineering, marketing, and sales teams to align digital offerings with market demands and communicate value propositions effectively
- Working with leaders across the organization to develop growth strategies across product offerings with complex and enterprise customers.
- Have bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
- Experience with Software/SaaS Account Sales.
- Possess knowledge of Well Construction, Drilling, Remote Monitoring, or Performance Optimization
- Possess knowledge of financial, competitor, upstream environment.
- Fluent in English and Portuguese
- Thorough understanding of PL technology and Service Delivery requirements
- Significant operational experience
- End to End knowledge of the drilling and completion process is an advantage
- Ability to learn and use various computer tools to prepare data and visualizations for analysis
- Ability to work independently
- Working regular hours from a Ventura-RJ based Baker Hughes office.
