
Program Manager, Integration and Partnerships

- Deliver results through extensive cross functional integration with multiple Amazon internal teams
- Coordinate with internal teams to address program's requirements and sellers/customers' experience improvements
- Lead and control profitability initiatives for sustainable growth
- Partner with key stakeholders like Operations, Finance, Sales, Seller Support, and Legal to solve issues and ramp up program
- Strong commitment towards goals and outcomes to ensure Customer Experience metrics are maintained
- Be organized, apt and prompt in notifying the situation and updating the sameBASIC QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor's degree
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Experience in program or project managementPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Experience in driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience in defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
