- Map customer pain points to Genesys solutions
- Help co-create CX improvements using service design principles
- Support RFPs and technical validation processes
- Engage with both business and technical stakeholders
- 3+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or SaaS Consulting
- Experience delivering live software demonstrations
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Understanding of Cloud/SaaS environments
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
- Analytical mindset with structured problem-solving ability
- Experience in enterprise software or contact center industry is a plus
