- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a high volume of non tech and tech positions.
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to build and maintain robust talent pipelines, with a focus on passive candidates and active hunting.
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing market insights, status updates, and data-driven recommendations.
- Ensure a positive and engaging experience for every candidate, treating them as primary customers throughout the entire process.
- Continuously analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, conversion rates) to identify bottlenecks and improve efficiency.
- Graduated in Psychology, Business Management, or a related field.
- Demonstrates a "can-do" attitude, thinking outside the box and embracing challenges.
- A team player who recognizes when to ask for or offer help and values respectful conflict as part of the business.
- Proven track record of managing high-volume hiring processes
- Expertise in structured interviewing methodologies (e.g., STAR, Lominger).
- Expertise in Hunting (Linkedin, sourcing channels, boolean search)
- Strong working knowledge of ATS and recruitment metrics (e.g., SLA, conversion rates).
- Advanced proficiency in English.
- Experience in Startups and/or SAAS companies.
- Advanced proficiency in sourcing techniques**,** including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and professional networks.
