To support this hyper-growth journey, we're looking for an Account Channel Executive to join our Indirect Sales Team.
This role, reporting to the Sr Manager of Channel Sales, will be critical in integrating Wellhub into our partners' products and services. If you thrive on big challenges, speed, and a dynamic work environment, come help us #defeatinactivity in the world.YOUR IMPACT
- Drive revenue growth through our channel partners, with a specific focus on meal benefit providers.
- Support sales planning, business development, and cross-selling initiatives.
- Provide input on how to best integrate Wellhub into channel partners' existing and new offerings.
- Attend sales calls and meetings with channel partner sales executives.
- Actively manage the forecast and pipeline of price quotations, offers sent, and contracts signed.
- Support partners in strategic deals with key prospects and existing clients.
- Personally handle strategic negotiations alongside channel partner sales executives.
- Generate performance controls to efficiently report on sales targets, negotiation status, and timing.
- Constantly seek ways to enhance Wellhub's value proposition in conjunction with partner offerings.
- Interact with channel partners to raise service levels and deepen our commercial relationship.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience working with Meals Beneftis companies is a plus
- Proven experience in business development, sales, and client-facing roles.
- Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Intermediate English.
- Experience working with different partners to manage a diverse sales pipeline.
- Solid interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Public speaking and enablement skills, with the ability to present solutions and drive sales.
- The ability to establish relationships and maintain an active pipeline of potential clients.
- Initiative to improve processes in a fast and dynamic environment.
- A self-motivated and persuasive personality
- The ability to build empathy with clients and peers.
- Strong organizational and control skills.
