Aplica os padrões do Grupo seguindo o Faurecia Excellence System (FES) e usa o Program Management System (PMS) da Forvia para orientar o conceito e detalhamento do projeto de um produto, ferramenta e/ou equipamento. As principais missões da função são:Responsabilidades:
- Controle e aprovação de Budget do programa (Capex e ferramental)
- Definição e elaboração de toda a documentação do processo produtivo (Fluxo de processos, BOM de manufatura, diagrama de tempo de ciclo, definição do trabalho padronizado, layout das células produtivas)
- Definições técnicas, validação e instalação de máquinas.
- Liderar as atividades de desenvolvimento de ferramentas
- Suportar o core team da planta nos try-outs e eventos de produção
- Ensino Superior completo em Engenharia
- Experiência em Engenharia de Processos dentro de um ambiente industrial na indústria automotiva será um diferencial
- Conhecimento e experiência no processo de Gerenciamento de Projetos
- Inglês intermediário / avançado
