- Proven experience (10+ years) in a senior leadership role, with a track record of driving business success in a fast-paced environment.
- A strong strategic mindset with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans and results.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with experience managing high-performing teams.
- Expertise in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Deep understanding of business operations, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes.

- Experience in leading organizational change and navigating complex challenges.
