To find out more visit , and read about the latest news via our .Description and RequirementsWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Transition Project Analyst to support the successful planning and execution of IT transition projects. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Transition Manager to coordinate project activities, track progress, manage documentation, and ensure alignment across internal teams and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings strong project management fundamentals, excellent communication and analytical skills, and hands-on experience with Microsoft tools. This is a key role for someone looking to grow within a dynamic, global, and fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:Assist Transition Manager in performing project management activities.Coordinating project priorities across multiple tracks on a project and driving the projectCoordinate, schedule and facilitate client and internal meetings and weekly status reporting and other team meetingsFollowing established standards and procedures for project reporting and documentationDrive a focus on consistent communication and project standards internally within the project team and externally with customerAct as a point of contact for all project administrative tasks for the assigned projectUtilize MS tools including teams, project and spreadsheets to track budgets, schedules, and other information.Setup and manage processes for contract management, financial management, scope management and other elements of the project management processesOversee progress to make sure goals are met on time.Create and manage project deliverables, milestones and required tasks per the scheduleCoordination of and response to requests for changes from the original specificationsBuilding and maintaining positive working relationship with vendors and external/internal customers.Required Skills/Knowledge:Strong Project Management skills; expert in organizing, planning and managing large-scale projectsAbility to analyze project needs and determine resources needed to meet objectivesExcellent communication, organizational, leadership, time management skillsExceptional verbal and written communication and project management skills, including an ability to communicate effectively at an executive levelAbility to prioritize and manage work and trade-offs against critical timelines in a fast-paced environmentBuilds a strong internal and external network of personal relationships to identify issues and opportunities.Demonstrated experience in analyzing a business issue and developing a future state recommendationHighly developed skills in using MS applications including:ProjectVisioUnderstand and Create Process Flows (Swim lanes, flowcharts)Understand and Create Technical DiagramsExcel/Sharepoint/TeamsImport from different sources of dataData Analysis using charts, pivot tables, filters and rulesKnowledge of basic to advanced Excel functionsAbility to set agendas and facilitate meetings, while focusing in on critical path discussion topics and necessary decisionsStrong negotiation ability and attention to detailStrong teamwork and interpersonal skillsMulti-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.Highly organized and detail-oriented.Ability to work independently with little supervisionAbility to work in a virtual team which may work across distance (remote), cultures and time zones, in a matrix with multiple reporting linesAbility to travel up to 50% (no travel during COVID)4-6 years of information technology and business experienceA Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, Engineering or related discipline with an information technology focusExternal project management certification such as PMP from PMI or other project management certification is preferredITIL Foundation Certified is a PlusAt Lenovo we're proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
