- Review and manage data entry requests to ensure accuracy via Salesforce, spreadsheets, and other data sources.
- As data requests come in, take ownership of concern(s) and resolve within Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and when necessary, coordinate activities with other departments to ensure complete customer satisfaction
- Address any data discrepancies by communicating with relevant cross-functional teams and collaborating to correct the information.
- Approach to make recommendations and implement improvements to existing processes
- Conduct data quality checks and audits to ensure accuracy
- Actively participate in relevant meetings to identify ways we can improve the service we offer to internal and external customer
- Fluency in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent, Associate and/or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience in a data analysis role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
- Experiences with working with large data sets in Microsoft Excel and other relevant data analysis and visualization tools (SAP, SalesForce, other Microsoft Office applications).
- Ability to analyze large data sets and interpret trends and patterns.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure data accuracy.
- Excellent communication and ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Ability to report to work on time and perform full shift
- High speed internet access for occasional work from home capabilities
- Ability to work on local holidays to support the North American business.
